What’s Covered
Replacement Coverage: If your Vionix Pro 4K experiences defects in materials or workmanship within two years of purchase, we will provide a free replacement.


Free Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending the replacement.


What’s Not Covered
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear resulting from regular use.


External Factors:
Damages caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external incidents are not included.
